Personal Profile
Brent coordinates preconstruction activities for Grand Contacting and works with Leo Brown Group on development operations. He plans and oversees all aspects of the construction process including project safety, project planning, preconstruction, project execution, and project financials. He monitors the strategic programs of many projects including project goals and project performance.
Brent has over 20 years of experience in construction from being a subcontractor to owning his own business. He has overseen projects ranging from $10 million to $50 million including mixed use developments with office buildings, parking garages, apartments, and condominiums. He has also built large industrial factories and warehouses as well as worked on federal, state, and local government projects.
Before his role as Project Executive, Brent served as a Senior Project Manager at Lauth Group managing multiple projects in the commercial, industrial, and multi-family sectors.
Brent graduated from Butler University in 2000 with a Master’s of Business Administration.
