Joe serves as Project Executive for Grand Contracting. Daily he oversees subcontractors, budgets, schedules, safety practices, and quality assurance on the projects he is assigned.
He has been solely responsible for the management of project teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, fabricators, manufacturers, and other crucial team members. Joe has worked on projects for and including the Fortune 500 company, GEICO. Joe has expertise in seeing fast paced projects finish on time and under budget.
Joe holds a degree in Construction Management from Purdue University.
