The Cottages at Bridle Oaks
Currently under construction and situated on 22-acres this community will feature 202 single-family build-for-rent homes consisting of one bedroom duplex, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom homes. All will feature walk-in closets, stainless-steel appliances, washers and dryers, private back yard with covered patios, and granite countertops. On-site community amenities include a resort-style pool, outdoor grills, fire pits, dog park, playground, and clubhouse with business center, workout facility, fireplace, coffee bar and recreation room. The project is expected to take 24 months to complete and will encompass a phased delivery schedule. Roughly 24 homes will be delivered with the completion of each phase, with the first set of homes becoming available for lease 17 months into construction.

A single-story, 55,000 s.q. ft, wood-framed structure for skilled nursing and rehabilitation with 72 units and 84 beds with physical therapy/occupational therapy room, salon, chapel, library, dining rooms, bistro lounge, outdoor covered dining, outdoor covered rehab, ADL apartments, activity rooms, and lounges. This facility has 84 total beds with 12 of the 84 being semi-private rooms.
