Experience

Kevin oversees all preconstruction and construction activities for Grand Contracting as well as development operations for Leo Brown Group. He manages all aspects of project development from land acquisition to budget and buyout to overall completion.

Kevin has over 25 years of experience developing and building projects including healthcare, commercial, industrial, office, and retail along with multi-family and senior living. Since joining Grand Contracting and Leo Brown Group in 2021, he has overseen approximately $190 million in new development and over $110 million in new construction.

Related Experience

Prior to joining our companies, Kevin was Vice President of Project Management for one of the largest privately held commercial real estate development companies in the country. He personally oversaw the development and construction of over 14 million square feet of new development projects throughout the United States. Projects have varied in size, type, and location, totaling over $1.4 billion dollars with budgets from $25 million to over $400 million.

Before his role as Vice President, Kevin served as a Senior Project Manager for both Construction and Development with Lauth Property Group, overseeing various projects ranging from $1.5 million to $70 million.

Kevin graduated from Purdue University in 1998 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Prior to attending Purdue University, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Reserve where he received an honorable discharge after 8 years of service.
