Currently under construction, this project consists of (3) three story garden style apartment buildings totaling 188 units with a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom units. Onsite amenities will include a clubhouse with fitness room and pool, dog park, and garages available for rent. This project is expected to be completed Summer of 2025.

Currently under construction this 3 story multi-family housing will feature 187 units with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. On-site resident amenities will include a community room, bike storage, multiple lounges, fitness center and courtyards.

Currently under construction and situation on 4 acres this 92 bed, 70,000 square foot facility will feature 26 rooms for assisted living, 42 beds for residents requiring skilled nursing and 24 rooms dedicated to Memory Care. The project is expected to be completed in spring of 2024.
