The development will also feature inviting dining rooms, activity areas, spacious lounges, and landscaped courtyards, providing an engaging and supportive lifestyle for residents.

The Row is a redevelopment of an industrial site in the inner city of Indianapolis on a 2-acre parcel. The 103,000 square foot new multi-family development will consist of 3 buildings with a total of 111 apartments. The project is adjacent to the Monon Trail and will feature an outdoor amenity area with fire pits and grills for the residents to enjoy.

Traditions of Westfield

Starting in late summer 2024, this project will feature a three-story, wood-framed structure designed for Independent Living, Memory Care, and Assisted Living, with 134 units. The facility will include a golf simulator, fitness room, wine cellar, salon, dining rooms, activity rooms, courtyards, and lounges. Additionally, single-story, wood-framed five-plexes will be available for independent living. The project is expected to be completed in the spring of 2026.
