Three wood-framed buildings each with 2-bedroom villas designed for independent living with a washer & dryer, security system, nurse call system, attached single car garage, back patio, and covered front porch.
Fair Haven at Ada’s Place
Demolition and renovation of an existing facility redesigned for free housing of local hospital patients and their families during stays in Indianapolis for lengthy medical treatments. Lobby with double sided fireplace, community kitchen, chapel/quiet room, outdoor kids play are and patio.
Linnea’s Lights
Three-month project included demolition of existing retail space. Included new electrical systems & HVAC. Materials used; metal stud and drywall.
Embassy at Morehead City
Currently under construction and situated on 4 acres, this 92 bed, 70,000 square foot facility will feature 26 rooms for assisted living, 42 beds for residents requiring skilled nursing, and 24 rooms dedicated to memory care. The project is expected to be completed in the spring of 2024.
Trulo Homes – Bridle Oaks
Situated on 22-acres this community will feature 202 single-family build-for-rent homes consisting of one bedroom duplex, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom homes. All will feature walk-in closets, stainless-steel appliances, washers and dryers, private back yard with covered patios, and granite countertops. On-site community amenities include a resort-style pool, outdoor grills, fire pits, dog park, playground, and clubhouse with business center, workout facility, fireplace, coffee bar and recreation room. The project is expected to take 24 months to complete and will encompass a phased delivery schedule. Roughly 24 homes will be delivered with the completion of each phase, with the first set of homes becoming available for lease 17 months into construction.
The Reserve on Park
This 3 story multi-family housing will feature 187 units with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. On-site resident amenities will include a community room, bike storage, multiple lounges, fitness center and courtyards.
The Grove
This project consists of three story garden style apartment buildings totaling 188 units, with a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom units. Onsite amenities will include a clubhouse with a fitness room and pool, a dog park, and garages available for rent. This project is expected to be completed in the summer of 2025.
Ignite Medical Resort Batavia
A single-story, 63,000-square-foot, wood-framed structure designed for skilled nursing and rehabilitation, featuring 78 units and 96 beds. The facility includes physical and occupational therapy rooms, a salon, a chapel, dining rooms, a bistro lounge, a café, outdoor dining areas, an outdoor covered rehabilitation space, activity rooms, and lounges.
