About this Project
This two-year, 5-phase project spanned 400,000 sq. ft. and included the construction of a cafeteria, boiler room, break room, water equipment room, upgraded generator, transfer switches, and switchboard. Additionally, the project featured the creation of a food and grill station, a lobby remodel, and significant renovations on the second and third floors. The second floor involved the demolition of HR and training spaces to create new call center areas. On the third floor, a complete demolition and rebuild were undertaken to accommodate a 104,000 sq. ft. call center.
