Trulo Homes Stone Ridge
Situated on 27 acres, this community will feature 200 single-family build-for-rent homes spanning approximately 198,705 square feet. The thoughtfully designed neighborhood will offer a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom homes with modern finishes including granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, walk-in closets, and private backyards with covered patios. Springfield Affordable
Breaking ground in late fall 2025, this three-story wood-framed community will offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care in a comfortable and engaging setting. Spanning 93,000 square feet across 5.6 acres, the development is thoughtfully designed to enhance residents’ quality of life through both functionality and warmth. The 124-unit community will feature a full-service kitchen, clubroom, private dining areas, salon, fitness center, and an enclosed courtyard, creating a vibrant environment where residents can connect, relax, and thrive. Traditions of Aboite Ft. Wayne
Beginning in late fall 2025, this project will feature a three-story, wood-framed community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. The 149,295-square-foot facility will include 147 units thoughtfully designed to support residents’ comfort and well-being. The development will also feature inviting dining rooms, activity areas, spacious lounges, and landscaped courtyards, providing an engaging and supportive lifestyle for residents.
The Row
The Row is a redevelopment of an industrial site in the inner city of Indianapolis on a 2-acre parcel. The 103,000 square foot new multi-family development will consist of 3 buildings with a total of 111 apartments. The project is adjacent to the Monon Trail and will feature an outdoor amenity area with fire pits and grills for the residents to enjoy.
Ignite Medical Resort Batavia
A single-story, 63,000-square-foot, wood-framed structure designed for skilled nursing and rehabilitation, featuring 78 units and 96 beds. The facility includes physical and occupational therapy rooms, a salon, a chapel, dining rooms, a bistro lounge, a café, outdoor dining areas, an outdoor covered rehabilitation space, activity rooms, and lounges.
Traditions of Westfield
Starting in late summer 2024, this project will feature a three-story, wood-framed structure designed for Independent Living, Memory Care, and Assisted Living, with 134 units. The facility will include a golf simulator, fitness room, wine cellar, salon, dining rooms, activity rooms, courtyards, and lounges. Additionally, single-story, wood-framed five-plexes will be available for independent living. The project is expected to be completed in the spring of 2026.
The Grove
This project consists of three story garden style apartment buildings totaling 188 units, with a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom units. Onsite amenities will include a clubhouse with a fitness room and pool, a dog park, and garages available for rent. This project is expected to be completed in the summer of 2025.
The Reserve on Park
This 3 story multi-family housing will feature 187 units with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. On-site resident amenities will include a community room, bike storage, multiple lounges, fitness center and courtyards.
Trulo Homes – Bridle Oaks
Situated on 22-acres this community will feature 202 single-family build-for-rent homes consisting of one bedroom duplex, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom homes. All will feature walk-in closets, stainless-steel appliances, washers and dryers, private back yard with covered patios, and granite countertops. On-site community amenities include a resort-style pool, outdoor grills, fire pits, dog park, playground, and clubhouse with business center, workout facility, fireplace, coffee bar and recreation room. The project is expected to take 24 months to complete and will encompass a phased delivery schedule. Roughly 24 homes will be delivered with the completion of each phase, with the first set of homes becoming available for lease 17 months into construction.
Embassy at Morehead City
Currently under construction and situated on 4 acres, this 92 bed, 70,000 square foot facility will feature 26 rooms for assisted living, 42 beds for residents requiring skilled nursing, and 24 rooms dedicated to memory care. The project is expected to be completed in the spring of 2024.
Linnea’s Lights
Three-month project included demolition of existing retail space. Included new electrical systems & HVAC. Materials used; metal stud and drywall.
Fair Haven at Ada’s Place
Demolition and renovation of an existing facility redesigned for free housing of local hospital patients and their families during stays in Indianapolis for lengthy medical treatments. Lobby with double sided fireplace, community kitchen, chapel/quiet room, outdoor kids play are and patio.

Three wood-framed buildings each with 2-bedroom villas designed for independent living with a washer & dryer, security system, nurse call system, attached single car garage, back patio, and covered front porch.
Quincy Place Senior Living
A three-story, wood and steel-framed building designed for luxury independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The facility offers a range of amenities, including a fitness room, theater, salon, chapel, library, restaurant-style dining, pub, activity rooms, lounges and outdoor courtyards.

A three-story, wood-framed building designed for assisted living and memory care, offering 100 units. The facility includes a fitness room, theater, salon, chapel, library, multiple dining rooms, activity rooms, concierge desk, outdoor covered dining area, indoor and outdoor rehab spaces, lounges, and a fenced dog park. Additionally, separate single-story, wood-framed villas are available for independent living.
Traditions of Lebanon
A three-story, 72,476-square-foot, wood-framed building dedicated to assisted living and memory care, offering 138 units. Residents benefit from amenities including a fitness room, theater, salon, chapel, library, multiple dining rooms, activity rooms, and lounges. The community also features seven additional single-story, wood-framed buildings for independent living, comprising 104 assisted living and memory care units and 30 independent living units.
Cearu Medical Resort and Long-Term Care Cottages
A four-story, steel-framed tower with an adjoining wood-framed wing houses a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, offering 93 units and 102 beds. The facility includes a rehab room, salon, chapel, library, multiple dining rooms, and activity rooms to support comprehensive care and recovery.

This three-story, wood and steel-framed building is designed for assisted living and memory care, offering 110 units equipped with amenities such as a fitness room, theater, salon, chapel, library, multiple dining rooms, activity rooms, and lounges. The community also includes 11 additional single-story, wood-framed buildings for independent living, featuring 119 assisted living and memory care units with attached garages, along with 50 independent garden homes.

This assisted living and memory care community offers a variety of accommodations, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. Residents enjoy a range of amenities such as a fitness center, theater, salon, chapel, library, multiple dining rooms, activity rooms, lounges, and ample parking. The community also includes additional single-story, wood-framed buildings designed for independent living. In total, there are 105 units, comprising 70 for assisted living, 23 for memory care, and 24 garden home units.
