Traditions at Brookside
A two-story, wood and steel-framed facility designed for independent living, assisted living, and memory care. This structure features 165 units and includes amenities such as a fitness room, theater, salon, chapel, library, multiple dining rooms, activity rooms, and lounges. The complex comprises 205 units dedicated to assisted living and memory care, along with 104 units for independent living.
Traditions of Beavercreek Phase I
A two-story, wood and steel-framed senior living facility offering 144 units. The structure includes a fitness room, game room, theater, salon, chapel, library, dining rooms, activity rooms, lounges, a club room, an enclosed dog park, and a parking garage. The complex also features the Villas Clubhouse, which includes a separate fitness center and community room.
The development consists of 12 buildings: 90 units dedicated to assisted living and memory care, and 54 units designed for independent living.
Garden Homes at Beavercreek Phase II
Single-story wood-framed buildings for independent living. 9 buildings with a total of 50 units. Villas Clubhouse with separate fitness center and community room.
The Cottages at Highgrove
Single-story, wood-framed homes for independent living. Every home features an in-home laundry room, living room, bedroom, master bathroom, and garage. On-site features include a fitness center, salon, theater, library, chapel, activity room, and dining room.
Brookside Garden Homes Phase II
Garden homes addition included 50 units of wood-framed structure for independent living. On-site access to the fitness room, game room, theater, salon, chapel, library, dining rooms, activity rooms, lounges, club room, enclosed dog park, and garage. Villas Clubhouse has a separate fitness center and community room.
Brightwell Behavioral Health – Clarksville, IN
A single-story gage steel-framed structure over 13,000 s.q. ft. Featuring semi-private rooms, activity and occupational therapy rooms, and cafe/dining rooms.
Traditions at Reagan Park & Villas at Reagan Park
A three-story, 96,440 sq. ft. wood-framed structure designed for assisted living and memory care, offering 128 units. The facility includes a fitness room, theater, salon, chapel, library, multiple dining rooms, activity rooms, and lounges. Additionally, 10 single-story wood-framed buildings were constructed for independent living, featuring 30 garden-style homes with one and two bedroom options.
Ignite Medical Resort
A single-story, 55,000 sq. ft. wood-framed facility designed for skilled nursing and rehabilitation, featuring 72 units and 84 beds. The facility includes specialized spaces such as a physical and occupational therapy room, salon, chapel, library, dining rooms, a bistro lounge, outdoor covered dining and rehab areas, ADL apartments, activity rooms, and lounges. Of the 84 beds, 12 are in semi-private rooms.
GEICO
This two-year, 5-phase project spanned 400,000 sq. ft. and included the construction of a cafeteria, boiler room, break room, water equipment room, upgraded generator, transfer switches, and switchboard. Additionally, the project featured the creation of a food and grill station, a lobby remodel, and significant renovations on the second and third floors. The second floor involved the demolition of HR and training spaces to create new call center areas. On the third floor, a complete demolition and rebuild were undertaken to accommodate a 104,000 sq. ft. call center.
Stageyard Student Housing
A four-story, 106,470 sq. ft. wood-framed student housing building featuring 67 apartment units across the upper three floors. The ground level includes an enclosed parking structure with 51 spaces, as well as retail space, a fitness room, bike storage, and an amenity lounge.

A three-story, 96,440-square-foot steel and wood-framed structure designed for independent living, assisted living, and memory care, offering 128 units. The facility features a fitness room, theater, salon, chapel, library, multiple dining rooms, activity rooms, and lounges.
Traditions at Camargo
A three-story, 157,000-square-foot wood and steel-framed structure designed for independent living, assisted living, and memory care, featuring 153 units. The facility includes a fitness room, theater, salon, chapel, library, multiple dining rooms, activity rooms, lounges, and a 31-space parking garage.
